I used the Ashwagandha along with the Skullcap approx 2 months ago. When I ran out I got another brand. It's not the same!!! I just reordered from Rooted Earth and will continue. I'm a night shift nurse and have trouble falling asleep during the day at times. This product helps me sleep better as well as keeping me even toned throughout the night. Will definitely be ordering again.
